As a wholesale supplier,no return or refund is allowed for products with normal quality condition. Returns and refunds are only approved under the following specific valid situations:
Shipment lost completely during transit
Severe product damage caused by delivery
Actual chlorine content lower than 85%
2. Claim Time Limit
All refund or return applications must be submitted within7 calendar daysafter goods delivery. No claim will be accepted overdue.
3. Required Proof
Applicants need to provide valid evidence: tracking record, outer package photos, damaged goods pictures, official chlorine content test report.
4. Return & Refund Process
Contact our customer service with order number and supporting documents to file a claim.
We will verify your application within 2-3 working days.
Once confirmed qualified, we will arrange full refund, reshipment or compensation accordingly.
5. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Cases
Personal reason refusal to receive goods
Unreasonable return request without quality or shipping issues
Minor surface damage that does not affect usage
Improper storage, operation or misuse causing product deterioration
Claims without valid certification
6. Additional Terms
Return shipping cost shall be borne by our side if the liability belongs to us.
We reserve the final right of judgment on product qualification and compensation scheme.
