Thank you for choosing our chlorine tablets wholesale services. This Shipping Policy outlines the delivery terms, shipping methods, timelines, and related details for all orders placed on [Your Website Name]. By placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions below.
1. Order Processing & Dispatch Time
We commit to processing and dispatching all eligible orders within 48 business hours from the time of order confirmation and payment clearance.
"Business hours" refer to Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Eastern Time, ET), excluding U.S. federal holidays and weekends.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM ET on Fridays, or during holidays/weekends, will be processed on the next business day.
For customized orders or large bulk quantities (exceeding 100 units), processing time may extend to 3-5 business days – we will notify you of any delays prior to order confirmation.
2. Shipping Methods & Eligibility
Shipping methods are determined based on your order quantity (per single order):
2.1 Small Batch Orders (1-10 Units) – Express Courier
Eligibility: Orders with a total quantity of 10 units or fewer.
Carriers: Trusted express couriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS) compliant with hazardous material (hazmat) shipping regulations for chlorine tablets.
Delivery Timeline: Typically 2-5 business days from dispatch, depending on your U.S. delivery location (e.g., 2-3 days for domestic major cities, 3-5 days for remote areas).
Tracking: A unique tracking number will be sent to your registered email once the order is shipped. You can track the delivery status via the courier’s official website or our Site’s "Order Tracking" page.
2.2 Large Batch Orders (11+ Units) – LTL Truck Delivery
Eligibility: Orders with a total quantity of 11 units or more (wholesale bulk orders).
Carriers: Licensed LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight carriers experienced in hazmat transportation for chemicals.
Delivery Timeline: Typically 3-7 business days from dispatch, subject to the delivery distance and route availability. For cross-country shipments, delivery may take up to 10 business days (we will provide an estimated delivery window upon order confirmation).
Scheduling: The carrier will contact you directly via phone/email to schedule a delivery time that fits your availability (residential or commercial address).
Tracking: Freight tracking information will be provided once the order is loaded for delivery. You may track the shipment via the carrier’s portal or by contacting our customer service.
3. Shipping Costs
Small Batch Orders: Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and courier rates. We offer free express shipping for small batch orders exceeding [Minimum Order Value, e.g., $500] (U.S. domestic only).
Large Batch Orders: Shipping costs for truck delivery are quoted separately after order placement. Our team will provide a transparent freight estimate within 1 business day of your order, based on the shipment volume, destination, and carrier rates. Additional Fees: Any applicable surcharges (e.g., remote area delivery fees, residential delivery fees for truck shipments, hazmat handling fees) will be included in the final shipping cost quote. We will notify you of all fees prior to processing your shipment.
4. Shipping Restrictions & Compliance
Hazardous Material Notice: Chlorine tablets are classified as hazardous materials (Class 5.1 oxidizers) under U.S. DOT regulations. All shipments comply with 49 CFR requirements for packaging, labeling, and transportation.
U.S. Domestic Shipping Only: Currently, we only ship to valid U.S. addresses (50 states, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories). We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Delivery Address Requirements: For truck delivery, a commercial address with a loading dock or forklift access is preferred. If delivering to a residential address, additional fees may apply (we will confirm this during the quote process).
Restricted Areas: We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or locations with restricted hazmat delivery (e.g., certain military bases, remote islands). Please provide a physical street address for delivery.
5. Delivery & Acceptance
Signature Requirement: All shipments (express and truck) require a signature upon delivery to ensure accountability. You may authorize a third party to accept the delivery on your behalf (please notify us in advance with the authorized person’s details).
Inspection Upon Delivery: Please inspect the shipment immediately upon receipt:
For express orders: Check the outer packaging for damage, leakage, or tampering. If any issues are found, note them on the delivery receipt and take photos/videos as evidence.
For truck deliveries: Inspect the entire shipment for damage, missing units, or packaging defects before signing the delivery receipt. Notify the driver of any discrepancies and have them documented on the receipt.
Claims for Damaged/Lost Shipments: If your order is damaged, lost, or incomplete during transit, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery (or within 7 days of dispatch for lost shipments) with your order number, tracking information, and supporting photos/videos. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement, refund, or reshipment (per our Refund & Return Policy).
6. Delays & Exceptions
We strive to meet the stated delivery timelines, but cannot guarantee them in cases beyond our control, including:
Carrier delays (e.g., weather events, traffic accidents, labor shortages).
Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, government regulations, public health emergencies).
If your shipment is delayed, we will notify you via email/phone and provide updated delivery estimates. We are not liable for indirect damages caused by shipping delays.
7. Changes to Shipping Details
If you need to modify your delivery address, contact information, or shipping method after placing an order, please notify us immediately via email or phone. Changes are only possible if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once shipped, we cannot alter shipping details (you will need to coordinate directly with the carrier).
